Our approach is to ensure that participants are listened to, their goals are built into the care approach or care plan and the care and support is delivered by trained, screened and insured support workers who are employed by our local Light Home Care offices and who are supervised by care managers. The care and support Light Home Care delivers is frequently reviewed and altered, to improve outcomes as needed.
Our support workers come to your home to provide you or your loved ones with domestic assistance, or personal care and they also provide transport for participants to get out into the community to connect with their support network. Our support workers also provide companionship support by spending time with our clients in indoor or outdoor activities.
